PROCESS

  • Forged Push Rod is produced with upsetting & forging process with critical machining on CNC machine and induction/direct hardening.
  • Projection welded Push Rod is subjected to stringent quality checks for tangential load, torsion load, buckling load with control on weld width ensuring no crack on weld joint and meeting all metallurgical, microstructure requirements.
  • Press fit Push Rod is processed with help of PLC controlled machine and load cell to ensure minimum and maximum pull-out force to meet the design requirement.

HEAT TREATMENT

  • Heat treatment processes are Induction Hardening, Direct Hardening, Tempering, Gas Carburizing, and Nitriding. Surface hardness and case depth control are maintained for each Heat Code along with customer-specific requirements for microstructure.

Rocker Shaft Assemblies

Ghaziabad Precision Products India offers rocker arms, rocker shafts, and rocker shaft assemblies and specializes in producing Rocker Shaft Assemblies for various types of engines, including those in commercial vehicle diesel engines,farm segment, Industrial, marine engines and various other engine segments. Our rocker shaft assembly is made up of various rocker arms, shafts, brackets, spacers, springs, and supports, among other components. These parts are pre-assembled into groups so that the system can be put directly on the engine head and quickly be made ready for operation. Depending on the customer's needs, these components can also be supplied separately. GPP India offers single-cylinder to multi-cylinder rocker shaft assemblies for applications requiring overhead CAM or non-overhead CAM. In order to ensure that we are delivering high-quality products to our customers, rocker shafts are produced using the gun drilling or tubes route and are examined at every stage of production, from forging to machining.

PROCESS

  • Shafts and Pins are produced on CNC, VMC, and Centerless grinding machines. Induction hardening and simultaneously tempering is done on PLC controlled machines.
  • Super finishing is deployed for better surface finish control on Shaft OD.
  • Rocker shaft undergoes pressure testing for any leakage and oil hole testing to check proper oil flow. Axial-hole drilling and deburring is carried out at four different stages through SPM.
  • Horizontal & vertical cleaning of shaft is to ensure the millipore value as per customer requirements.
  • OD of the shaft, surface finish, cylindricity and roundness is achieved as per specification. Online SPC is carried out to meet customer specific requirements through process capability study.

U-Bolts

U- Bolts, in automotive industry, are used to secure leaf springs suspensions specially in commercial vehicles.The highest quality alloy steel is employed in the production of our U-Bolts, which are tested, coated, and marked to meet customer requirements utilising the most up-to-date manufacturing technology.

PROCESS

  • U-Bolt is produced using micro alloy steels by cold forming process
  • GPP India provides surface treatment to ensure salt spray life ranging from 250 to 1000 hours

Precision Forgings

GPP India has established a solid reputation in the production of forged precision components. All valve train parts, including the rocker arm, rocker support, valve bridge, tappet and other components such as injector clamp, balancer shaft and idler shaft, are produced using a Press forging technique. With many years of experience, we are precision forging experts and can meet a variety of market demands. We have our production processes under one roof, from forging and heat treatments to final machining.

Valve Bridges

Valve Bridges are produced by GPP India using cold-forming, forging, and casting processes. To ensure consistently high quality and engine specifications, it is produced in cutting-edge, automated production facilities with the aid of VMC, a designated Heat Treatment procedure, and ultrasonic cleaning.

PROCESS

  • Valve Bridge is produced with help of VMC, Direct hardening/Case carburizing and Rotary surface grinder. Ultrasonic cleaning is done to ensure the desired contamination levels as per international standards.

Injector Clamps

Injector Clamp is used to screw the diesel injector tight to the top of the diesel engine.Injector Clamps are produced by GPP India using forging and casting processes. To ensure consistently high quality and engine specifications, it is produced in cutting-edge, automated production facilities with the aid of VMC, a designated Heat Treatment procedure, and ultrasonic cleaning.

Hydraulic Mechanism

GPP India is a leading manufacturer of HLA and advanced engine brake systems. In order to maintain zero valve clearance in an internal combustion engine, GPP India designs and manufactures the HLA component for Euro VI/6 engines.The EBS technology provided by GPP India extends brake life significantly and prevents regular brakes from overheating. We continue to devote a lot of time to research and development in order to adapt the technology for brand-new uses that call for better and safer engine braking systems.

HLA & EBS

Hydraulic Lash Adjuster (HLA), is a device for maintaining zero valve clearance in an IC engine. It enables the valve train to ensure quieter operation & longer engine life. Also, it eliminates the need for periodic adjustment of valve clearance.

ENGINE BRAKE SYSTEM (EBS)

  • Engine Brake Sytem prevents normal brakes from overheating, especially in heavy commercial vehicles, when going downhill which causes brakes wear and thus it helps to increase the brake life upto three time longer.

Tappets/ Valve Lifters

The most important part of an internal combustion engine is the tappet, which transforms the camshaft's rotational motion into the linear motion of the valves. GPP India, specializes in providing a large selection of tappets and lifter valves. It uses cold forging, hot forging, chilled cast iron, and critical machining process including heat treatment to produce tappets and valve lifters.
